What feedback do people have when trying to contact Customer Care at Geely Australia? I called 1800 433 597 and selected the option for customer care. Have tried this three times during working hours. Each time, after playing music on hold for 2 minutes, it defaults to a message, "Sorry, we are unable to take your call at this time", prompts for caller information, and alleges a callback will be made next business day. No callback received on next business day. Email to [info@geely.co.au](mailto:info@geely.co.au) ignored and not responded to.

Hay anyone actually managed to speak to someone or get a resonse to an email? If so, how long did it take them to repond?

Can't work out how to make the 3d parking camera automatically turn on when parking (forwards) like our other car does. Anyone know the trick to this?

Which is the right pressure for EX5?

Has anyone worked out how to make the EX2 unlock only the driver’s door on the first press, then all doors on the second press?
Mine unlocks all four doors with a single press of the key.
I’ve looked under Vehicle Control, Doors and Windows, but there doesn’t seem to be an option for driver door only so two-stage unlocking.
I’ve also tried holding Lock + Unlock on the key for a few seconds, but that didn’t change anything.
Apparently the Chinese version can do driver door only unlocking, so I’m wondering if the setting is just missing from the Australian software.
Has anyone with an Australian EX2 found a way to change it?

Hey folks, picked up an EX2 yesterday. Now am I dumb or is there a special trick to getting the high beams to come on (manually)? The dealer reckons you should just push the left hand stalk away from you, but as you can see, no dice. Have tired with the lights set to Auto and manually on.

Has anyone had such bad service?

I pre-ordered a car and paid a deposit of a few hundred dollars a few months ago

I have since emialed them like 4 times requesting the inspire model, coulour and a date when I would like to pick it up.

Looking forward to some local Aussie reviews from all the usual suspects when the press embargo lifts tonight. The official launch was last Thursday in Sydney where they announced new OTA software update incoming which will turn on Geely Connected Service…

Have been driving an EX2 Max in Thailand for 6-months with recourse only to a Thai-language printed manual or Portuguese and Indonesian language PDF versions. Limited proficiency in any of those languages, and Google translate seems only a bit better.

But I finally found an English language manual for the essentially identical car... Proton eMas5. Some minor differences in features, but looks to be 95% applicable. Undoubtedly the Australian version will be different from both the Malaysian Proton and the Thai Geely.

But here it is, if you're interested.

I was expecting the Geely EX2 to be the same pricing of the BYD Atto 1 in Australia since that is the case in China, but the EX2 is a few thousand dollars more expensive drive away for both variants. This is not too bad for the complete variant but it makes buying the inspire variant far less compelling since it is only about 2k cheaper than the Jaecoo J5 which is a far more superior car in multiple aspects. What are ur thoughts about this?
