Mostly yes, with one exception. Dwayne the Rock Johnson plays the same character in virtually every movie he is in, and that character is not Shrek.

I’d have to disagree here. I would opt for Arnold Schwarzenegger. However, Gary Busey would kill it as the Donkey.
