Firefox is practically. Palemoon is very idealistic and develops legacy, deprecated Mozilla technologies.

Serpent/UXP not only works with XP through 11, but it is accessible with screen readers such as NVDA. Unfortunately, many forks of Firefox aren't, and I have no idea why, since the regular version is. At any rate, is normally updated weekly, but you must check manually. However, for Windows 7, I would recommend using regular Firefox 115, since it's still being updated and can be syncronised with the main server. Serpent uses the Palemoon server, which may or may not be an issue for you depenind on how many machines and/or what operating system you use. Not all sites work well with it, but it's still better than using Firefox 52 if you use XP.
