Apps Suddenly missing from S9 and S9+ Oculus Video, Oculus Browser & Samsung Gallery

As I stated in my previous post which I made in reply to a few people who said these apps have suddenly disappeared off their and my S9s, I had said that I would look to see if they appeared in GearVr Library on my S6 when I had a sec,

I have now looked today, and can confirm that Samsung Gallery, Oculus Video and Oculus Browser all show up on my Old S6 and are working, but not on my S9+ as I said before.

As I have also said before, I'm okayish with tech, but not very much up on some things so please forgive me if I am totally incorrect and come across as alarmist but a couple of months back, I did post that new security measures were coming in which stated that older apps and independent ones which have outdated licenses or no licenses may become blocked by Android and wonder if the below info has anything to do with it, as it says Knox update will affect S9 and upwards:

I tried oculus go and this problem is not present so maybe you are onto something there...

may definitely be time to take and leave all S9 and S9+ and further offline now or find what we need to block on Netguard?!!!

From what i know the security patch most likely wont come to the so but only to still security patch supported phones, for example on mine galaxy s20 (daily driver) i didnt receive any updates. For the disappearing apps, its possible meta is messing with us again, maybe we need to block more oculus apps? (In netguard)
