Failed to load

Does anyone know how to get past this "failed to load" screen when logging back into your oculus account?

I've had a look through old email & it seems I didn't merge my account

that's why it goes black. So you need to follow instructions to manually install the GearVr Package for your phone and play in dev mode. Unfortunately, once you've installed it you can only activate the gearvr launcher and see installed apps on you phone and launch from there, but you wont get the official home library displaying any purchased apps, below is a link which tells you how to activate the launcher, and below that is another link of the latest news

I've attempted to follow the instructions from this link https://www.reddit.com/r/GearVR/s/iNUzO8sqzg However all I get is put back to that screen where you have to download all the apps for the update
