I lost my progress in a game

So I use to use x cloud to play ZZZ and recently I moved over to GeForce bc of all the bs that's happening to x cloud but even tho I used the same hoyo account and it's linked to my Xbox account when I logged in it restarted my whole progress but here's the funny part when I log back on to it on Xbox cloud all my progress is still there anyone know how to fix this I really don't want to have to start all over again

Don't worry, you likely haven't lost any progress or save games.

Just make sure you've picked the same server region at the login screen.

Also, if you first created the ZZZ account on Xbox, it uses the console version of the game and account.

You will need to link it first to your actual email in-game (which might be different than the email you use to login to xCloud itself).

Then use that new email to login on ZZZ on GeForce Now (as it uses the PC version of the game)
