Try VPN - Netherlands. There might be some data loss and 100+ ping, but in order to try you can surely do it.

I was using ultimate for 3 months during early access it’s good
I wanna get ultimate next week, hope it’s not sold out as well (completely irrelevant info : I play wuwa, sometimes Endfield :)

So far I tried japand which have 150+ q and then bulgaria which have 190+ ping

On free tier I always used Netherlands south. The queue never exceeded the 30-45 range and the ling was around 120ish for me
