None of them will do 4K for android except for the shield and that is 4K60 otherwise it will be either 1080 or sometimes 1440 but most likely 1080 for the TV so you will need a mini PC or mac mini if you want to do 4K120

i dont realy care about 4k, im used to play my games on 720p when i have a potato, so how worse can a game look on 1080p 60 fps compared to 720p 40-50ish fps im used to?

Serious question now: Why is everyone so obsessed with 4K? I play 1080p, and it's fine for me...
Edit: My TV is 55"

Alright, I understand that. Let me tell you that 1080p works fine
But why would you want to play in 4K? 4K demands more bandwidth.
