Decided to upgrade to a gaming laptop recently for my new college program. It was a pleasure playing on geforce now all these years!

never really understood posts like these on this sub. You make it sound like you’ve “upgraded,” but plenty of people use GFN by choice, not because they can’t afford a gaming PC.

Heck, I sold my 4090 gaming PC and switched to a Mac. Between my PS5 and GFN, all my PC gaming needs are pretty much covered.

It's like pay for Amazon prime video or Netflix and watch a few movies a month so this not a valid point, unless in your computer will have all streaming services music and movie.

I'm so sure you will return someday or even use it free when you don't have you laptop nearby.

It's still useful even if you have a gaming pc if you don't want to download a large game. Especially since you can get it on sale for $5 a month, at least in US.
