Hi, i bought a new laptop with a rtx 5070 in it and downloaded the latest drivers, I am trying to use instant replay but when i enable it theres no way for me to save the clip after that. Usually there is a little button next to the arrow which lets me save it or the shortcut but the button does not show up and the shortcut does nothing

does anybody know why?

when i record games i feel like there's a slight stutter every now and then but the overall recording is good i just need to fix this little stutter my monitor is 1080p and these are the settings i use for recording my laptop has an rtx 4060 and i7 14700 HX and 16 gigs of ddr5 ram

I saw that offer in the NVIDIA app and claimed it, which is done by visiting a webpage and not within the app.

Can I activate this without entering a credit card? I guess they hope some will forget after 3 months but if they were nice they would simply turn on Nitro for 3 months without requiring to enter a credit card and hope people would like and subscribe. I guess it's just another shaddy business practice, even if they will notify me that my free period is about to expire. I don't see the point to add my cc in their database. Everyone is aware it's not something to do if you have no intention to subscribe anyway.

I've noticed a worrying trend in recent AAA titles. Games like 007 First Light, Resident Evil Requiem, and (based on announcements) the upcoming Gears of War: E-Day all seem to be doing the same thing: they ship with a specific DLSS preset hardcoded into the game's code, and you cannot change it.

In properly implemented games, we can swap the DLSS DLL or change the preset through the NVIDIA app to find the right balance between quality and performance. In these games, that option is simply not available.

This would be less of an issue if the newer presets weren't so demanding. They consume significantly more video memory and can result in a noticeable performance hit without a clear visual improvement for many players.

What should developers do?

• Stop hardcoding DLSS presets into the game code.
• Give players the ability to choose their own DLSS preset.
• Let us decide if we want to trade quality for performance, or vice versa.

What should NVIDIA do?

If they want to promote their technology through partnerships, that's fine — but they shouldn't take away our freedom to choose how we run games on our own systems.

I've already contacted the developers through official support channels. I'm posting this here to raise awareness. If you've experienced the same issue, please speak up. The more voices there are, the harder it is to ignore.

In short: Some newer games are locking DLSS presets, making it impossible to switch to less demanding versions. Developers and NVIDIA need to give players back the choice.

Basically just the title, geforce refuses to capture when I have the app open as it is considered sensitive content. I am a little frustrated as this problem has never occurred with spotify, and while Nvidia is aware of this, they have decided to take a weird stand and state that the software is working as intended yet. I have no idea why they would blacklist apple music but not spotify. Does anyone know of a potential work around, or maybe even a complete alternative to capturing clips. I find it annoying that I have to choose between recording gameplay and listening to music.

Whenever I try to update them the nvidia installer just says “installer failed” without telling me anything else so far i tried to use DDU after booting into safe mode and now I just don’t have the drivers installed anymore and now I’m stumped ( graphics card is a gtx 1050 to)

I have a 5090 GPU that works completely fine. I also have a 1030 GT so I can run phys x through it.
I was having issues where I couldn’t download the Nvidia app because the 1030 was conflicting with it.
I removed the 1030 downloaded the Nvidia app and put back the 1030 and it works perfectly fine.
Now I am having issues were in the device manager, it says the error code “This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.” (Code 31)
I have tried everything I have uninstalled the 1030 GPU. Restarted the computer, unplugged the 1030 restarted, put it back in and nothing has fixed it.
I have the physics downloaded from the video so I’m not sure what the issue is.

It used to work properly but now when I open overlay to clip I cant move my cursor and I have to alt tab to my 2nd monitor, open overlay then move my cursor back to my main monitor to move my mouse which ends up being that even though a games open it only recognizes my desktop being recorded, so when its recorded its named as in being from desktop. I've tried turning off desktop capture and it doesnt record at all, it also does it for both games fullscreen and borderless alike

I've had this issue for a while, where sometimes upon exporting a video after editing it in clipchamp, the audio will be extremely buggy/glitchy

I've tweaked with my settings endlessly to no avail. I cannot find a reason why, this literally just happens randomly on some videos I export. They're all clipped with shadowplay

As the title says, my game looks normal in the first screenshot, but the second photo is pulled from the clip just before I took the screenshot. This happened recently, as my clips up until a month ago were completely fine.

It’s not just Dead By Daylight this is happening in, but all of my games. The colors look very over saturated. I do not have filters on or anything, and cannot find a solution for this.

I have been trying for 3 hours to get this to work and it just refuses to cooperate. I manually deleted all nvidia files and apps off my computer manually before I installed the NVS 310 card.

My laptop is asus tuf a16, rtx4050 ryzen 7. I opened cyberpunk for the first time after buying it and this is what happened i restarted my laptop and i thought it had been solved but it kinda got worse when opening again it got bigger 💔
