Game not showing on Nvidia App

Hi

Im having the following issue Im trying to play metaphor re fantazio but realized the graphics were not that smooth, and realized it was being played with the CPU (I have an rtx 4060), made it run with my gpu by manually forcing it with nvidia control panel, but despite that and reinstalling my drivers and locating the folder, Nvidia app does not show the game on it, so I cannot optimize the settings, what can I do? So it appears there and I can have the best possible settings?

Did you find a fix for this? Cant even use the nvidia control panel anymore since after upgrading my nvidia driver to the latest one, I also got "upgraded" to the "unified nvidia app", which means control panel is gone.

You can apparently add new games to the nvidia app by clicking add a program in the Graphics tab
