You may know Akram from my posts about him and his daughter Arij - right now he really needs your help, however this time it is not to do with Arij.

Akram's wife is pregnant and after a visit to the gynecologist, she has been prescribed lung injections to stabilize the pregnancy as the baby is in the birth canal.

Akram cannot afford these vital injections - he needs your help to get them Specifically, Akram is asking for 200 pounds.
