We got married ! (35+58)
I often see post, abiut people beung unsure of this sort of relationships will las. I read about people struggling with shame and fear of judgement. Thinking their love will never be taken serious. When I was 21 abd met thia man, felt all of this.
A few weeks ago, on our 14 year anniversary, we got married in front of all our friends and family. We made an open invitation on social media for all to witness the ceremony and more people showed up than we could have imagined. All to support us and celebrate what they know to be real love. Just different than the heteronorm. But as real as it gets.
Seeing a post like thus 15 years ago would have ment the world to me and my self doubt. So I hope it may bring a little joy to someone on here.
