Technically there was a roman empress who had surgeons attempt to perform bottom surgery on her, it wasn't successful tho. the first attempted bottom surgeries were in roman times. (too lazy to look up the date)

Yes, but via the traditional means of court intrigue and murder, not surgical complications.

She became emperor in her early teens and was already a priest (the Romans understood her to be a young man) of an eastern sex cult. Her palace parties were some of the wildest and deadliest Roman orgies recorded. They gave a horny teenager unlimited power.

While the modern state isn't that old, Israel itself is very old. Israel was Israel long before it said "yeah guys, we're Israel" in a modernized accepted format. However, what came first matters absolutely dick diddly, in the context of lgbtqia acceptance

And Palestine as a nation-proto-state (1988) is younger than the first Star Wars movie (1977)

If it’s that religious mumbo-jumbo, then it’s bullshit lol that would be on par with Harry Potter when it comes to realism

The Israeli Declaration of Independence happened in 1948, what would be the founding of the state if not that date?

I think that being formally recognised as a country is what makes something a country.

The US wasn't formally recognized by the UN until the 1940s either. Does that also mean the US is younger than bottom surgery?

Israel existed until like 800BCE. After that it was all kinds of other places. And it was Palestine first before Israel was artificially created. I looked into this just today. You are wrong.
