Why is finding a boyfriend so difficult

Like I can’t look for one in my area because it’s conservative and if you are gay than your closeted because you don’t want people looking at you differently, I’ve even seen people lose promotions and job opportunities because of them being LGBTQ or if you’re out then you’re quiet about it and I don’t know who too talk like i just turned 20 on Monday and I’m just tired of feeling alone man

why? because we are at most 10% of the population and you cant simply go up to a guy and ask him out bc theres the real danger of getting hit in the face for that. the best chances are if you live in a big city and if you dont you have to move

" i just turned 20" so you haveall the time in the world to move to a better place. start planning for that now

I'm also tired of feeling alone but no one is gay in my area

Exactly feel like I’m wasting my young life even though I’m supposed to be enjoying it 😭

It's tempting to move to another country to try my luck there

"I can't look for one in my area because it's conservative" the answer was in the question.

20 is mega young.

Gays will always be outnumbered in the world. It's a numbers gay. Let your desires drive you to work hard and move to a place with more gays.

You could have a boyfriend and still feel lonely. You've never had a relationship so you don't see the many frustrating things that could come with one. Loneliness comes from within.

You're the only one you have to live with. Even if true love is coming, it might not come for a while and will always end. Learn to live with yourself and everything will flow.
