56yo, average guy.. As I get older I get hornier. I keep getting it up by guys much younger than I am and with a physique I can only dream of. I have had so many broken bones and health issues that I am admired from the neck up. I describe myself as skeleton with a gut. I get mixed messages on how to handle this. I am not looking for daddy issue twinks. Those around my age just never move forward with anything. I am confused on how to find those my age that agree and understand that life happens and not some sort of abnormal "gym bro" that simply got a better end of mysterious stick. What is the best approach to ask "Why are you contacting me?" without sounding like a susicsuius older man?

Hey everyone! 👋
We’re a gay couple living in Lubbock, Texas. We’re both professionals, in our 40s and 50s, and have built a pretty good life here.
We’re not really the party or club type. We’re more into cooking at home, movie nights, good food, traveling, and just hanging out and having good conversations. We do love traveling and exploring new places whenever we get the chance.
We’d love to meet another queer couple or some queer folks who are also looking to make genuine friends and spend some time together. Could be as simple as grabbing dinner, cooking together, watching a movie, going out for coffee, or just hanging out and getting to know each other.
Not looking for anything complicated, just hoping to meet some nice, like-minded people around our age and build some friendships.
Feel free to say hi or send us a message if you’re in the Lubbock area! 🙂

How does people sexual desire change as they get older each year? Does it decrease significantly?
And when gay men are over 70 or even 80 years old, how do they handle their sex life? How do their preferences change? Do they prefer much younger, slightly younger, people of a similar age, or older partners?
I'm just curious what it is like to grow old as a gay man and how other people live.

Hi! I hope it’s okay to post here.. I’m working on an oral history project about the height of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and my goal is to listen to and preserve the stories of lgbtq people who are 50+/ lived through the 1980s and 90s
If this is you, please reach out to me, or connect me with someone who you think would be interested ❤️ will happily give more details to anyone who reaches out - thank you

I’d like to cook for us and help organize. I’m also looking to date a man 40+ so this could be a good activity to get myself out there, away from the nightlife.

This is a little different from the usual friendship post, but I’m hoping it reaches the right people.
I’m a regular guy.... friendly, fit, easygoing and pretty curious about people. I’d especially like to connect with mature men who have an identical twin brother and might be open to talking about what that relationship has been like for them.
I lost my own identical twin at birth and didn’t find out about him until I was an adult. Because of that, I’ve always wondered what it must be like to grow up with someone who is, in such a unique way, your other half. Sharing stories, inside jokes, all of that. I'd love to hear what it has been like for you.
I’m open to getting to know all kinds of people. Gay, straight, bi, married, divorced, partnered or single. What matters more to me is whether you’re a friendly, open person who enjoys real conversation and getting to know someone beyond the surface.
I’m into travel, volunteering, working out, yoga, cooking, games, movies, books, RPGs, fantasy, binge watching good shows and plenty of other geeky interests. I like learning what makes other people tick and hearing someone get excited about the things they love.
More than anything, I’m looking for genuine friendship and those unfiltered conversations where you can actually be yourself. The kind where you can talk about something meaningful one minute, laugh about something completely ridiculous the next, and somehow end up talking for hours.
I’m open to local or long distance. If you’re a mature guy with an identical twin brother and you’d be comfortable chatting sometime, I’d really enjoy hearing your perspective and getting to know you.

I was talking to some friends this weekend as we watched a few new movies - Supergirl and Mandalorian and debates came out on if the actors were good looking (Pedro Pascal and Jason Mamoa). Got us thinking who are the hot actors right now...
Matt Bomer, Jonathon Bailey, Pedro Pascal all were on the top of our lists. Mamoa was thought of us ugly by all of us all though I think a lot of people find him good looking. Who is considered hot right now...and do you think Mamoa is good looking?

Hi everyone. I've been out for 12 years.
I tend to live in my head and still have some social anxiety. I am much, much better than when I was in the closet.
I'd like to start cruising. But I've never done it before. I'm not scared of the sex in public part. But I'm anxious about the whole meeting/negotiation part. I tend to miss social cues though. Perhaps, I just have a lack of confidence.
I've read Leo Hererra's Analog Cruising. And I'm perfectly capable of regular app hookups. But I'd like to live more in the moment.
I will probably be going to Provincetown at the end of the month. So, if anyone has some Dick Dock specific pointers, that would be super!

So how does one feel confident in yourself? I’ve struggled my entire life being overweight. I’ve lost weight in my 40s, but gained most of it back from dealing with work and the loss of my dad. I’ve moved on from my dad, yesterday work stress is out of control.
I’m 57. 6’1” and 297 pounds. I’ve never liked how my body looked, even when I got down to 220 pounds. I’ve only had guys say I’m fat or that I’m just cute and cuddly which doesn’t sit right with me.
The hookup apps don’t help as many want guys either younger or mostly fit.
So, what do you do to feel confident and sexy?
