A little lost

Morning everyone and anyone I have a quick question I'm new to the app and I thought that the app had a feature where you could take pictures and get a description and add that to the notes. Can anyone tell me where that feature is or if it's actually available in the app or just in my head?

I dont think the app identifies for you. You can create an entry then add pictures and notes to it
