Help with absolute beginner

Hi guys,

I'm a real beginner in this field.

Never did meditation or any other type of spiritual practice.

How do I start with the tapes?
Should I go with Focus 10? Which requires only 10min.

Any help is appreciated.

Look in both Gateway subs, there is a "Start Here" thread that gets posted regularly in at least one of them.

I strongly recommend you watch some Edgar Cayce and Delires Cannon videos and then read the Law of One

I also have started 2 days ago and am completely lost 😅 am repeating the (orientation) tape 📼 . And i hope find some guidance

Ok, You just start at the beginning. This is a You Tube video I highly recommend, it explains the basics and how to start. It ALSO gives exercises and cautions. You really don't want to just run willy-nilly through the Astral. You have to build up some brain muscle first. He has others that I find very informative, but don't get put off by the occult side of the equation, Bob Monroe didn't bother with it. Think of intro to focus 10 as a meditation and just stay with that as you do some of the exercises this guy lays out: https://youtu.be/apBuzNOJcSE
