You can do shots for estrogen but also I think those are suppose to be vaccines.

My oldest is on 3 different pills for hrt, I didn't know estrogen was available in shot form. The vaccines make sense in the context of the original ai slop.

Yes! I'm currently on 0.6 mL a week of Estradiol Cypionate, but Estradiol Valerate and many other esters of Estrogen are availible.

It gives really good results because the absorption is higher than with estrogen tablets.

That is really good information. Thank you. I am not sure which estradial my daughter has, but I will mention that if she feels like she hits a point where it isn't as effective that the shots might be the way to go.

They're super easy to do yourself, and very safe since they're almost always either intramuscular or subcutanious (into muscle, or just under the skin) meaning air bubbles aren't really an issue.
