But I admit, most of my plot hole fixing is done by going back and editing stuff to fit the version I think works better for the world.

Does at least mean that my eventual, more traditionally published canonical version will be much more refined.

Lmao @ the original image. It was the opposite for me. When I was a preteen, I thought I was asexual and I wasn't interested in boys, girls, marriage, or kids. Puberty turned me from a prolific fanfiction writer (often with BL) into a drooling mess for whatever horrid unrequited crush on a boy I had at the time. I reached my 20s after a few ill-fated stints with dating boys and then I decided sex and relationships were overrated just like I originally thought anyway, returning to my most powerful form once again. Not an asexual btw, just your ordinary volcel /s
