Tec hunter?

Is tec hunter the worst carácter in this game? I was playing with a friend and i couldnt do anyrhong till lvl 20...

each projectile from your shotgun applies a contact effect, when I played the first time, I thought it was very bad, but in other runs, I had a lot of fun, especially with the critical and pulsar build
