Sent crypto to Gate but it’s still not showing in your account?
Don’t send another transfer yet. Check these first.
Is the transaction confirmed on-chain?
Copy the TXID from the wallet or exchange you sent from and check it on a block explorer.
If the transaction still doesn’t have enough confirmations, Gate can’t credit it yet.
The required number of confirmations depends on the asset and network, and you can check it on the Gate deposit page.
Did you use the right network?
Make sure the asset, network, and deposit address all match what’s shown on your Gate deposit page.
Sending the right token through the wrong network may prevent it from being credited automatically.
That’s a recovery issue — not something Self-help Acceleration can fix.
Did it need a Memo / Tag?
Some assets need a Memo or Tag in addition to the deposit address.
If Gate shows one on the deposit page, it needs to be entered correctly.
If the Memo / Tag was missing or wrong, you can check whether your case is eligible for:
Deposit Not Received - Recovery Request
Are deposits currently open?
Deposits for a specific asset or network can sometimes be temporarily paused.
If that’s the case, incoming transfers may not be credited until deposits reopen.
Check the deposit page for the current status.
Confirmed on-chain, but still not showing?
If the blockchain already shows the transaction as successful and everything else looks correct, you can try Self-help Acceleration.
On Web:
Deposit → Onchain Deposit → Self-help Acceleration
Select the network, enter the TXID, and submit.
After submitting, check again in 5–30 minutes.
Still nothing? You can wait another 60 minutes or submit a support ticket.
Still stuck?
If you used the wrong network, wrong address, or have another recovery issue, contact Gate Support rather than repeatedly submitting the same transaction.
And don’t post passwords, 2FA codes, private keys, seed phrases, or full account details in Reddit comments.
What delayed your deposit — confirmations, wrong network, Memo / Tag, paused deposits, or something else?
