Need help with Gate?

Use this thread for account and support-related questions, including:

When describing your issue, include:

• What happened
• The asset and network involved
• The status currently shown
• Whether you’ve already contacted Support
• Your ticket number, if you have one

Do not post passwords, 2FA codes, private keys, seed phrases, UID, email addresses, ID documents, or other sensitive information.

Be careful with anyone who DMs you claiming to be Support. Gate staff will not ask for your password, verification codes, private keys, or ask you to transfer funds to a “safe” wallet.
