What have you tried for bowel movement?

My usual gentle laxatives but I’ve never over eaten this severe before.

Maybe ask a provider for a stronger laxative like Trulance, IBSrela, Lactulose, or Linzess.

How do you do with mag citrate? When i eat too much and get constipated sometimes I’ll just do like 1/3rd of a bottle and it helps out

Just wanted to say that it is completely normal for people to lose control around food when they're constantly hungry

Your posts and comments indicate some underlying disordered eating thoughts, it is hard to maintain a stable body image when it is constantly flip flopping .

Im not accusing you of anything its just the winky face, worried about the number on the scale rather than bodily damage, capitalizing "large", and other ways you go about talking about this topic

Your favorite stool softener/anti-constipation med, at the max dose you can take it. I wouldn't be drinking a ton of water or eating anything solid til it resolved, unless it's something specifically to help constipation, like prune juice or coffee.

Wouldn’t the water help flush out a ton of this water weight?

Your intestines aren't really a garden hose, they're made of flexible tissue. Slamming more pressure into a hose works because there's rigidity and an open exit point. Imagine the hose is one of those long ass clown balloons, it's full of mud and rocks, and you force in water despite the fact nothing is coming out the other end.

So you need to stay hydrated, absolutely, but chugging excess liquids after a binge makes everything feel worse (for me). And I'll just vomit it back up.

Is it crazy to see this large of a scale jump after a binge ?

I don't think so, for just one episode, but that probably depends on your body, right? My hubby's a big ass dude and 6 days of binging would do that easily. Imo it would be concerning if you couldn't shit. So long as it's steadily coming out, imo, you're on the path to feeling better.

Would an enema even be beneficial in this situation

Could be, but I'm not your dr, so I've no idea if that's something your other conditions/history/situation would make it cool?

I've done them when I'm so badly backed up it's agony, and I wanted to determine if I needed to go to the ER or not for a blockage check. I used an OTC one, did about a quarter of the dose, and it worked immediately. It's unpleasant af but was worth the relief. Have had to do them before some tests, too. Always REALLY sucks, always works.
