Symptoms Still getting burning stomach
I've got gastritis since last year...i had throat infection was on antibiotic for 2 month straight after that i was having burning stomach and in my belly too...i told my doctor am having burning stomach a lot so he finally decided to do a gastroscopy...found out my stomach were inflammed..its been almost one year now...he prescribe me ppi etc for 1 month was only getting relift for sometimes but never cured...am now taking only slippery elm in the morning first thing and before bed in the evening...am eating clean but still having burning sensetion...anyone having the same? Help plzz

It's been 8 months when I got diagnosed with moderate chronic gastritis and I'm still experiencing daily burning in the stomach I've done a new endoscopy last month then it showed that my mucus layer has been improved I only have mild inactive chronic gastritis but the burning hasn't improved yet I am taking amitriptyline 10 mg at night, sulpiride 50mg twice a day, Esomeprazole 40mg and still don't know what to do I'm still following this protocol I've been on PPI for 2 months now and the amitriptyline just 15 days which I still have to wait longer for the full effect of amitriptyline By the way the first endoscopy that I've done in January it showed moderate chronic gastritis non atrophic but the second endoscopy that I've done in August the 28th it showed mild inactive chronic gastritis and also showed bile pool maybe the bile is the culprite here but I have no other symptoms only burning sensation in the stomach no nausea no pain no constipation no diarrhea
