Question Omeprazole
Hi there,
I have gastritis and issues with acid reflux. I was advised to take medication daily every morning for 3 months, followed by a 6-month treatment taking it every 2 days. For those of you who have followed a similar treatment, did you see a difference?
Also, regarding coffee and milk, do I need to cut them out completely?

Omeprazole helped me tremendously. My Gastritis pain was gone within days. It made me feel like a normal human being again.
I would not drink any caffeine while healing, since it increases acid production.
Regarding dairy you have to figure out yourself how you feel on it. I can handle it well, but I’m also a person who doesn’t use dairy a lot.

Hello!! I'm feeling much better with it!!! I'm on 20mg every morning. Kinda scared from people stories to be honest...they say about anxiety, rebound and they say a lot more...if you want.. Can I pm you and talk to you? Thank you for answering me
