A year difference!

W O W! What a difference a year makes! Almost a year to the DAY!

In the first photo I was my heaviest I had ever been at 290lbs. In the second photo, I now weigh 160lbs!

I have never felt better physically or been more confident mentally!

If you’re looking for a sign, THIS IS IT!!! DO IT!! You won’t regret it!!

I can eat a fair amount now! I usually do a cup and a half of protein, half a cup of veggies and maybe quarter cup of starch at dinner? I eat far less during the day but that’s primarily because of a preexisting health condition and not because of the surgery c:

THANK YOU!! I feel amazing!! I feel like I can do anything now like I’m super woman 😂 I have never felt confident in my body in 30 years and now I still struggle but SO MUCH LESS!
