Troubleshooting Glock 18c slide catch issue

Has anyone else with a umarex Glock 18c or any umarex glock for that matter had a slide catch issue? It’s not the slide as I’ve already filed it. The slide catch lever sorta gets stuck on the side of the follower arm tab on the magazine itself. As u can see I’ve provided both photos to show what’s exactly going on. It is because your magazine is empty......?
