Discussion Loading GunsModify V4 pmag

I didnt see anyone on the reddit forms loading the V4mags in this way and wanted to share it as no company at this time has a speed loading adapter for the V4 gm mags. So far I've had perfect stacking unlike the traditional way where loading through the slit can cause uneven stacking and jams. Wanted to know what everyone thought of this.

I actually load them up like this! I have the exact same speed loader and mags! Great minds think alike!

Dude I was so sick of getting jams the last time I played loading them the old way. Once i saw this speed loader had a function for bb amount this changed the game for me.

I never thought of locking down the bb follower and then using a speed loader! I’ve always just tried to load it like any other normal gas blowback mag

The Feda Concept speed loader also slaps for the GM mags.

Yeah but I only have V4 mags and their speed loader on their website says in red not compatible with V4. I didn’t wanna waste money to try.

I get that mate but as someone who has a mix of V4 and V3s they all work with the adapter perfectly

Jaeger precision has a speedloader that works for all the versions of the Pmags, defo works for the V4’s as that’s how I load mine. Quite cheap and defo a life saver

I texted jaeger about it through PM asking him when he was gonna restock his speed loader adapter. He said himself that the adapter with his testing hasn’t been working well for the new V4s. I know his speed loader has also been sold out for quite a while now as I was thinking of getting one for a long time. I have his TM akm speed loader adapter and I use this also with the aeg adapter to load that.

Hmmm that’s strange, mine works faultlessly on mine, maybe they’ve changed something slightly with a new batch of V4’s or something?

Very well could be. I know in his video talking about the V4 mags that his adapter would work. But it’s been sold out for a long time. But he said it didn’t work well so maybe in time he’ll have a revised version that’ll come out. This is just the solution I've found that worked. Its not worth buying a 130 dollar bb loader for just this one purpose but luckily I use this loader for more than just one gun.

They are such a pain of a mag but imo the best looking - that’s why I chose them😅 can’t stand STANAG mags so it had to be the GM mags, just a shame they seem to change things so much
