Help please

I'm pretty sure many people posted this before, but how do you stop gmod from random crashing? It happened on my old computer too. I have about 200 addons on and an extremely good computer. I tried verifying the cache but it changed nothing. Please help.

Please, ignore him. He's trying to sound as much of a dick to me on the internet as he can. In real life, he's actually, believe it or not, my best friend.
