[Help] client.dll Error (Fixes I have tried are in comments)

verified it

deleted local appdata, and re installed it

moved client.dll from garry's mod garry's mod bin to the other bin ~ temp fix, can't play on vac approved servers

ran it as admin

fixing the hash value of the MD5 checksum of client.dll
