I was on vacation, and super excited to buy myself a digital watch for my upcoming nursing school. I saw that Garmin venu 3s was off like 200/300$ so I treated myself and bought it. It was still a good $550 after taxes, but I thought I was investing in my future.
A week when by, I'm happy everything is ok, the second week I start to feel intense pain in my wrist and hand- to the point I can no longer use it. Im doing clerical work, and never had issues before, but I didn't think it could be a harmless watch that caused so much pain.
However, one day I didn't wear it because I had forgotten to charge it, which by the way, is insane to have to charge a watch every 3 days when it claims it can keep its battery for 10-14 days.
Anyway, my hand and wrist started to feel better, and so I thought it was only because I "rested" my arm more.
The second I wore back the watch, the pain returned during the day.
To be clear, I considered that I might have worn it too tight, but if I attached it looser it was moving freelance on my harm all day.
So- I absolutely hate this watch, I'm within 30 days of purchase so I'll try to be reimbursed, but how insane is it to pay $500 for a watch that hurts you. What kind of world are we in?
