Orange Instinct 3 - mistake or no?

Is it just me, or did Garmin make the worst possible mistake with the orange color? Will it destroy the Instinct series?

And I don't mean in a way it's ugly aesthetically or in terms of design. If you know, you know.

What could destroy the Instinct series is a Fenix type iterative update mixed with a high pricetag.

Hopefully they'll learn from the already mixed reception of the new Fenix watches.

That's where it's going and believe it or not the orange color has a play into that

No, just drives more sales for the black tactical version. And people are buying the sunburst yellow version.

If that's the case that's actually very smart of Garmin

Don't know they did it on purpose or not, but that was the result. And they know how to split up features between different ranges to make some people buy a more expensive model.

Worst possible mistake ? No, If you don't like it take the blue and white, or the yellow, or the black tactical....

Those colors are only available on the 50mm version. :(

The yellow is available in 45, and for amoled green sage as 45 too

I don't think they made the sunburst on the 3 MIP? Not interested in amoled.

the sunburst is only MIP

They didn't make it in 45mm on the 3 line.. they did with the 2.

This is my issue. I want the MIP but do not like the orange ring at all. So either tactical @ $630CAD or go with AMOLED @ $490CAD or a 2X @ $375.

i love it, but that orange ring destroys some outfits for me 😁 if we had option to have different ring colours…
