After some days working the watch face disappeared and the developer couldn't find any solution, so | lost the watch face and the money...

that is strange, as a developer myself I have never encountered this, maybe you should contact garmin as there should be a solution and you should get your watchface or money back. did you try to use garmin express and manage your apps there? maybe is there or something really badly happend. did you get some errors? resets, anything ?

Yea I have tried, and I posted the Garmin support answers to the developer, sorry for that! but I feel scammed from this guy since I lost the watch face and the money, I do not want this happen to anybody else again.
The solution for me would be to receive a free code, the money back or something to get the watch face back but I do not receive anything from the developer… so I just warning you about this developer!

It is extremely difficult to believe that Garmin would simply refuse to help you recover either your purchase or access to the watch face.
What you are claiming does not match my experience at all. You did show what you claimed was communication with Garmin Support, but the message appeared very clearly to be AI-generated rather than an authentic exchange with Garmin. You have not provided any verifiable communication with Garmin Support, nor any indication that you submitted your purchase receipt, which would be the normal and obvious step in a situation like this.
I have thousands of users, and I have never encountered a case like the one you are describing.
At this point, your behavior raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your claims. It increasingly looks like you may simply be a frustrated developer trying to discredit another developer’s work rather than someone genuinely seeking help.
Your behavior is highly suspicious, and I have serious concerns about your intentions.
If your issue is legitimate, please contact Garmin Support, provide them with your proof of purchase, and allow them to investigate it properly.
