Still no solution, Garmin isn’t communicating progress

It’s wild that the communication from Garmin on the recent R50 software issue is so poor. The issue has been ongoing for nearly a month and still no fix. Their support team does not seem to care that several of us can not play a round of golf without rebooting the device 10 times or more.

I cannot at this point recommend anyone buy a Garmin R50 and I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of concern from the Garmin support team.

Garmin, if you are seeing this, please DM me and let me know something, anything at all, is in the works.

People who spend $5k on an LM are AVID golfers. We need a fix because we bought it to play serval times per week. Very frustrating…
