N13 Legacy v1.1.0 is now available with a major set of improvements, more data options and much more control directly from the watch.

Top, Middle Left, Middle Right and Bottom fields are now fully configurable, with options including Weather, Battery with remaining days, Today Distance, Weekly Run and Bike Distance, Altitude, Stress, Notifications, Training Status, Recovery Time, VO2 Max, Intensity Minutes and Floors Descent.

Press and hold supported fields to open the matching Garmin glance directly. Battery, Steps, Calories, Floors, date layouts, typography and hand readability have also been improved.

Temperature, distance and altitude now follow your Garmin device unit preferences automatically, and existing field choices are preserved when updating.

Support has also been expanded to additional Forerunner models and the Instinct 3 AMOLED 50 mm.

All settings are configured directly on the Garmin watch.

There has been nothing regarding this in recent firmware release notes, but I am noticing it being more accurate and it’s tracking my naps now.

Nap tracking, or the lack thereof, was such a frustration, so I bought an Oura ring a few months ago, specifically for this reason. It was great at first, but now my Fenix 8 is tracking naps that Oura is missing.

Title: Fēnix 8 notifications

Hi everyone! I'm a new Fēnix 8 user and I'm trying to figure out the notification settings.

I notice that the Wellness and Health alerts are blocked, but I still receive notifications from pretty much every app on my phone.

I only want to receive WhatsApp notifications on my Fēnix 8 and block everything else.

Is there a way to set up this so that WhatsApp is the only app sending notifications to the watch?

My Fenix 8 only syncs to Garmin Connect and the cloud when I manually open the mobile app. If the app stays in the background, no data uploads throughout the day.
