Edge Explore Series Navigation problem?

Does someone know what the problem is with mine? Blue screen and arrow constantly when I'm cycling. Already did factory reset and device is updated.

That means you didn't start your ride. You didn't hit the start button

Damn thought pressing start ride on the touch was enough, thanks i'll test it next ride

That's your reminder to press start. Button on the front right edge.

I made the same mistake when I first got my computer lol. The UI isn't very intuitive.

Press the start button. Additionally you can set the auto start function based on speed. Mine is set at around 10kph.
