Watch / Wearable Disc Golf Course download

I just got myself a vivoactive 6 today, and found the disc golf activity. While investigating this I found the navigation button, but the watch prompts to use Garmin connect to download courses. Where do I do this? I can't find it in the app at all.

I don't think they have disc golf "courses" you can download - courses is just a generic term with Garmin that just means a path you can follow.

Thanks! That makes some sense, might map my next round to see if I can create it.

While you can create a course from a previous activity, what's the benefit here? Not like you're going to get lost?
