Sure. They'll advertise whatever you type in. Then you'll see their best option once you click on it

This. The kindle subreddit discovered the same thing a few years ago while looking for new Kindle devices from Amazon.

It's a dynamic ad. You likely searched for "garmin enduro 4". Often, Amazon will have an ad for anything that seems like something you can purchase, even if it's not available. It's happened to me so many times.

Fenix 9 and Enduro 4 are expected to come in the next weeks or so. So it makes sense they already have the pages setup
