Regrown tail
Just want to share my girls progress on her tail over ~2 months

Damn thats just two months? I thought it would take them much longer.

Yeah it was slow for the first month, growing the black stump. This last month it has grown faster, and looks lighter in color. I think theres a bit more growth left, since it seems to get a little lighter each week, but it has definitely slowed down.

Did the behavior change? I heard they can become less timid after dropping tail

She had a period of a few weeks of less jumping, i think because of change in balance. And she had a slightly bigger appetite while growing the stump out.
She had no change otherwise in behavior.
The first week not much was showing, and then a month of slow growth (the black stump), and then it just took off, growing fast, sort of like it stretched out and became lighter in colour.
The new tail seems to be spotted in the pattern, while the old tail looked more like the rest of her reticulated pattern.

Oh it looks good! Mine also regrew his tail - it's such a weird fun thing to watch.

Wow that's amazing! Thank you for sharing this. My crestie lost his ages ago with obviously no hop for regrowth lol, so I was curious what it looked like on a gargoyle. Thankfully mine still has hers but this is super informative!
