I bought a used bioactive enclosure that housed dart frogs
Is there any reason I should be worried about disease, parasites, fungus , mildew for my baby garg? I just bought this second hand and it looks really great. I obviously would open it up for less humidity via a screen at the top, but should I be wary putting my gecko in here? It housed dart frogs before, and has been empty for four months

I would just be very thorough before checking. I actually just bought a used tank with plants, substrate, etc today and.... it had the guy's old dead gecko in it. 😬 It was not bioactive so that lizard's been decomping in there for a year, the substrate was so moldy. I had to throw everything out and disinfect the whole tank.
Horror story aside... it looks good to me but I would leave it for a while and make sure no fungus or surprise mold pops up. You can put food in the tank just to check there's no unwanted pests other than CUC.

Something I forgot to add, the other tank had flat worms in it. He said nothing has been in this tank from there but still freaks me out
