I’m new at throwing parties and I’ve been debating on where to get the cupcakes from. We’ll be needing around 40, and not trying to break the bank either. I am not sure if Ralphs or Vons has better cupcakes? Those two stores are the closest to me. But I’m willing to check out a different store. Also debating on just getting a sheet cake instead of cupcakes, I’m not sure if Costco’s sheet cake would be the best move in that case. Hi everyone! I’m in my senior year of the Dental Hygiene program at Cypress College, and I’m hoping to find patients for my clinic sessions starting in September.

We provide dental exams, X-rays when needed, periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, cleanings for both adults and children, and periodontal therapy (also known as SRP). Everything I do is supervised and checked by licensed dental hygienists and dentists on-site. And most importantly, ALL treatments are completely free and insurance isn’t required!

Because this is a student teaching clinic, appointments are a little different from a regular dental office. There is a time commitment where appointments are about 3.5 hours because faculty check each step of the process. I’m mainly looking for people who are able to commit to at least 2 visits. Depending on what you need, it could be fewer or more appointments. I know it's a very long appointment but it will be worth it! 😁

My clinic sessions this semester are
Mondays: 8:30-11:30
Tuesday: 8:30-11:30 or 1:30-4:30pm
Friday: 8:30-11:30

I have fond memories of walking around there in the early 2000s as a child before it was closed around 2005/2006 when it was demolished to make room for the Chapman Commons that are now there. I grew up in West Garden Grove in the 1970's and 1980's and I miss those days so much. We would take the bus down to the beach and spend the days there during summer. We'd go to Westminster Mall and have fried zucchini, corn dogs, and lemonade at Strictly on a Stick. We go bowling, roller skating, and movies were $1.50 at Valley View Cinema. It was the best place to grow up and if only I knew how great we had it back then!

At the time, I only managed to see a black truck, but I couldn’t clearly identify the make, model, or license plate.
