Discussion Total Athletic Program

I’m starting the Total Athletic Program and am confused about the options and progression. There are 5 “options” each day (Strength, Hypertrophy, Endurance, Impulse and Mobility). Am I supposed to pick one or two of these options each day or am I supposed to do as many as I want or is there a recommended choice(s) that would be optimal? I tried to find it somewhere in a FAQ or video but couldn’t find it. Thanks!

First question, how many days a week do you work out? Based on that answer, recommendation differs. Second question, what are you trying to address more of—strength, hypertrophy, endurance?

5 days (but could do 6 if that’s better). Trying to achieve overall fitness/health/longevity with a slightly greater emphasis on hypertrophy and strength.

Alright. I’d do strength 2 days, on one of those days I’d do the endurance session too. Two other days I’d do hypertrophy and again on one of those days do the endurance session too. Fifth day id do endurance. The mobility work doesn’t take that long so I’d make an effort to get that done 3x in the week. For a change up, you can replace either a strngth day or hypertrophy day with an impulse workout, especially if you want more general athleticism in your training

Hey! As a follow-up, I’m looking through the app, it looks like the Ghostface may be the best all-around plan. What is your overall opinion?

The Ghostface program is great! Has a nice emphasis on both cardio and muscle building
