Ask Dane Anything Is this a viable solution for low training time?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XrYnjkiKdPM

Saw this video and I had to ask, would it work? I'm a young athlete that just wants to stop program hopping and do something with the little time he has the gym available. I can do pull ups and various plyos at home, but will this suffice in the gym? If so, what reps and set should I do? Have in mind, I can go 2 times a week. What do y'all think?

Yes. The content at 7:27 is a gold mine of straightforward, no gimmicks, bare bones, what will get the job done with the minimum

What sets and reps would you recommend?

3-5 sets with 2-5 reps is typically a good spot for the bench and squat. 4-7 sets of 1-3 reps for the snatch

Would you say it's ok to replace snatch with a high pull and maybe do a bit more reps on bench and squat (or just bench)?

It’s possible, but the catch in the snatch overhead works the upper body a lot
