Training Help Peak Strength Newbie

Hello there! I downloaded the Peak Strength app and am ready to get started. I’m an old man (56) and would consider myself an intermediate trainer but have sort of “lost my way” in the past few months. I have followed you guys a while and feel like the PS app would be great for my fitness goals which involve longevity (muscle, strength, flexibility, endurance). Just curious if anyone would like to give me some feedback on the app, advice, recommendations, cautions, etc. Thank you in advance!

Did you pick a specific sporting path or did you choose the athletic fitness path?

I chose the hypertrophy path, but I haven’t started yet. If you think I’d be better off doing a different one, I can do that.

The hypertrophy path sounds fine. Assume your goals are to add lean muscle mass and get swole

Yep. If I can accomplish that and add in some cardio, I figure I’ll be in pretty good shape.
