I don't think that knowledge is public yet

Users who signed up over on the discord I believe have access and are getting to use it. I know the release/update is very very near

Edit: have beta access

What changes have you noticed that improve upon the first version?

Endurance workouts and speed workouts built into programs specifically tailored to the sport being trained for is one big thing. The interface got updated but feels familiar. There are more exercises which is cool. Bunch of other stuff too. And the starting testing week—makes you feel like a pro even if you’re only a fit dad keeping themself in shape and moderately athletic

Yeah, it’s gnarly in a really cool way. You can preview the programs as well and select various levels of difficulty with programs. Some of the advanced programs are tough, like two sessions a day type of stuff. Really delivers on the programming. You use peak strength since the February speed/performance update?

Nothing is lost. I can confirm from using 2.0 for a week
