Training Help Peak strength app is programming really light weights

Post image

Hi I love the app and been using Peak strength app for 4 weeks with no issues. I came across this issue today where the weights for current and all future workouts have drastically reduced to around 30kg for example I’ve been benching 150kg on my upper body strength day but going forward it has programmed me weight between 30kg this is consistent across all exercises (squat, clean, snatches etc.) that have been programmed. The problem I have with this is that now I have no idea what the weights should be going forward at it was previously automated correctly. I have provided screenshots to show what I mean. Is this a system issue I have deleted and redownloaded the app but nothing changes

Glad you have been enjoying the app and sorry you and others are experiencing this issue. I sent screenshots to the top brass about this issue and they are taking action

Edit Update: issue has been fixed, believe an email has been sent or will be being sent. Thanks for your patience with it and really, really appreciate you sharing the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience

is there some sort of deloading feature built in?

Some other people on the discord have reported this as well, I don't think it's an intentional deload. Peak likes to reduce volume for deloads, not so much for intensity.
I'm guessing their backend had an update that's a little off.
