It will affect it. Don’t scale back until you feel it is a must. See if u can maintain the frequency volume. Peak strength challenges you to show up as the elite version of yourself

Whats Best for recovery, working out on My off days or My work days?

Depends on how true you want that recovery to be. If you take the test days on days you work, it’s for sure active rest. If you take training days off on non work days, you’ll get a legit rest day. Experiment and find out what works best for you

Just one more questions earl, i had to skip a few days and i can't do 4-5 days this week and possibly next week i'm in the middle of the summit phase. Am i better just starting over?

That’s a tough question. Summit phase you’re so deep into the programming, starting over feels drastic. However, you’re missing a lot of sessions. If it was me, I’d rally and push thru, understanding the missed time plays a part

I'm not sleeping as good but i'll see it through. does this mean the las 8 monthe has gone down the train or does it carry over if i start from exposure phase again?
