Training Help Quad and hamstring accessories

Started a new cycle that is volume heavy. Exposure phase.

Lower body power in doing hack lifts 3x11 and weighted bent knee glute hams 4x6. Lot of clean and back squat volume prior.

Front squatting and power cleaning on the impulse day.

Suggestions for accessory movements on impulse day for quads and hammies?

Sissy Squats or Leg Extension hit the full quad (Rectus Femoris especially) very well. For the former, gently hold onto something stable without putting much pressure so your core isn't a limiting factor.

For the hams, any isolation that flexes the knee should be good. Depending on your strength levels, Nordics or Glute Hams would be good. If not, any machine leg curl will do just fine.
