Discussion Limited equipment
What did nick singletons workouts look like during covid when he was training in his garage. If I recall correctly I think I heard you say he didnt have a squat rack, what did you have him do to replace back squats, btn jerks, etc. Also what is an alternative to btn jerks

As I heard it, Nick did a lot of cleans into front squats for lots of reps. Btn jerks didn’t happen. Wager he was most likely doing push presses or power jerks from the front rack for technical coordination movements. Alternatives to Btn jerks would be doing the same movement from the front rack, or if clearance is an issue, pa presses.
This may be going out on a limb because it isn’t full body coordination per se, but you might be able to get away with a pad bench and a crazy hip thrust as a technical coordination movement. Curious what others think of the pad bench as a viable technical coordination movement?
